As I announced here (new project) Shelley hennig has been officially casted Christy – the cute girl next door in the upcoming MTV’s comedy series Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous.
The show is most likely to air on MTV next year.

Check out this interview Shelley did with a xfinity reporter at the 39th Annual Daytime Emmy. She gives little new details about her new project.

The second half of the season, “Secret Circle” was so strong creatively. How difficult was the cancellation?
We didn’t make the decision. We’re all still really good friends in real life and it was an amazing adventure.

Do you think having been on primetime for most of the year your chances of winning a daytime Emmy?
I don’t think so. I think if anything, it puts you outside. This year we were able to submit clips and I think I was nominated based on a clip I submitted.

Any thoughts to what you’ll say in your acceptance speech if you win?
Hell no. I’ll probably curse like Darin [Brooks] [did] or something.

Would you consider coming back to Days now that “Secret Circle” has ended?
Anything’s possible. I’m working on a show for MTV that will air next year: “Zach Stone is Gonna be Famous” with Bo Burnham. We finish shooting the first season in September. I shot the pilot a year ago. It’s a comedy. So it’s really fun.

Unfortunately, our beloved Shelley didn’t win her Emmy nomination tonight and it’s a bit unfair because she deserved it 100%. She looked simply flawless in that dress (as she always does but this is one of my favourite dress she ever wore at an appearance) and her stylist, Matthew Holman, did and a great job with her hair and makeup. Shelley, inside my heart (and all of your fans) you were the winner tonight!

Our beloved Shelley Hennig attended last night at the 39th Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards – Nominees Reception. I was pleased to finally see Shelley atended at a new event looking gorgeous as always. At the moment I’ve updated the gallery with 14 medium quality pictures but more and hopefully in HQ to be added soon.

It’s official! Our beloved Shelley Hennig has been nominated for the 39th annual Daytime Emmy Awards in the YOUNGER ACTRESS category along with Molly Burnett (Days), Christel Khalil (Y&R), Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (B&B). She has been nominated for her role as Stephanie Johnson in Days Of Our Lives (a role she last played in April 2011). This is her second Daytime Emmy nomination so let’s pray she will win it.
